Amy Tulloch Lead Instructor

Amy Tulloch

Amy’s journey in dance began nearly two decades ago, and her passion for teaching has only grown over her 12 years in the studio. Since launching the school as a teenager, Amy has guided hundreds of dancers through major stage performances and competitive milestones. As a qualified ADFP Licentiate and Championship Adjudicator, Amy knows exactly what it takes to reach the top. However, her true priority is the safety and inclusivity of her classes. With rigorous training in safeguarding and first aid, she ensures that the school remains a secure, supportive, and professional space for dancers of all abilities. Amy is always looking for new ways to develop the progress of her school, from furthering her own personal training to bringing her dance experts into the studio each year to work with the children. Amy has created so many opportunities for her school, from Birmingham shows, billboard opportunities to performances at Worcester warriors games, she will never shy away from new opportunities for her dancers. Many dancers that took their first steps in her studio have gone on to be successful, not only within dance college applications but also with creating their own businesses and becoming thriving females. Amy’s passion is not only to create fantastic dancers, but fierce females.

Molly Elnor Instructor

Molly Elnor

Molly brings a unique blend of grace and power to the studio, drawing from over eight years in the dance industry and a lifelong competitive background in gymnastics. It was through this foundation in gymnastics that Molly discovered her true passion: Acro. A qualified ADFP Associate and Acrobatic Arts instructor, Molly is dedicated to the technical growth of her students. She is constantly expanding her expertise, currently pursuing advanced courses to bring the latest innovative techniques to our school. Beyond the flips and footwork, Molly’s mission is to nurture the "whole dancer." She focuses on building her students' confidence and self-belief, ensuring they feel empowered both on and off the stage. Your child’s safety is Molly’s priority; she is fully First Aid trained, Safeguarding certified, and holds an enhanced DBS check.

Simone Pascolutti-Werret Instructor

Simone Pascolutti-Werret

Simone is a powerhouse of knowledge with over 25 years of coaching experience. A former National Gymnast who competed at the highest levels until the age of 15, she transitioned her athletic precision into the world of dance, training extensively in Ballet, Modern, Tap, and Musical Theatre. With a degree in Drama and Performance Art, Simone understands the "theatre" of dance just as much as the physics of a flip. She is a Qualified Level 3 Regional Women’s Artistic Coach and a Regional Gymnastics Judge, bringing an expert eye to every lesson. Having taught Acro for dance for 15 years, she knows exactly how to bridge the gap between gymnastic strength and dance fluidity. Simone’s approach is deeply rooted in inclusivity and patience. Before dedicating herself fully to coaching, she served as a SEN Lead at a primary school, giving her a unique ability to support students with diverse learning needs. Whether she is judging a regional competition or helping a beginner find their balance, Simone is passionate about helping every student reach their full potential with safety and confidence.
